This month, we've been really busy fulfilling new orders for our new patches, so we've not had a whole lot of time to create new designs. However, we have added a few...
Due to many requests for bi-lingual patches, we have created our very 2nd bilingual patch English/Spanish (Español) patch! This patch features the very popular hand with the universal "no" symbol (for don't pet), and both english and spanish text.
We've also added four new rainbow patches to our Rainbow Collection -- Diabetic Alert Dog, Service Puppy in Training, Assistance Dog, and Hearing Aid Dog. You can view both of these patches by clicking on the "More Images" link on our Rainbow Collection page.
We've also done a new variation on our "Assistance Dog - Don't Distract" patch to include "Access Required by Law"
Because we've been spending a whole lot of time making patches for Assistance Dogs, and we recognize the very special relationship between people and their canine partners, we modified our "I love my dogs!" -- sweatshirt design to read "I Love My Service Dog"! This is a whole new technique for apparel decoration, which we've never seen anywhere else. It combines applique for the heart, a 2nd applique on top of the heart applique for the dog, plus some heat transfer vinyl for the little hearts and the banner, with embroidery to finish off the whole design and add detail. We think this design is just a whole lot of fun! For now, it can only go on sweatshirts or t-shirts -- and we're a little concerned that the applique might be a bit heavy for a t-shirt, but if that's what you want, that's how we'll make it! Even though it's not a patch, we put it on our "Pup'patches for Service Animals" page so that it would be easy to find!
And, last but not least, in response from folks that aren't Pup'people, but instead are have emotional support animals of the feline variety that need to travel with them on airplanes, we have created an emotional support cat patch. This patch is intended to be applied to the kitty carrier that fits under the traveler's seat. (Although if a kitty is willing to wear a garment, then of course it's acceptable to put the patch on the garment!)
We also passed our "green" certification, so we now carry a earth friendly polos and t-shirts. They cost a little more than traditional garments, but what's a couple of dollars when you're working toward a better future?
For Spring, we've added a new, very stylish windbreaker that's available for ladies as well as having a companion style for men. You'll want to stay away from huge designs on this one, just because it is a very light-weight nylon, and it simply wouldn't do to have the design heavier than the jacket!
Last, but not least, we have exteneded our sale on our Awesome Boucle Pullovers are now just $35.99, reduced a full $20 each because they have been discontinued, and the colors/sizes we have left in stock are limited.
