Shopping Terms
By using this Website, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. DarnigoldForest.com (Darnigold Forest), the owner of this website, reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Darnigold Forest.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Custom Orders: We understand that it is sometimes hard to visualize the end result of a custom order, and color shading is sometimes difficult to communicate. For all custom orders, we will provide an electronic image of the work to be embroidered, with true color representation for your approval. We will make every effort to work with you and be flexible, and pride ourselves in our customer service. After we have received your approval, the order may not be cancelled or changed, and no refunds are permitted.
For customer provided artwork and/or predigitized designs:
By placing your order you certify that you are authorized to approve the reproduction of and/or reproduce any artwork that you have provided to Darnigold Forest for the purpose generating a customized design.
Payment Terms and Shipping
We accept most major credit cards through PayPal. You may also print your order and fax it to 770-565-7055, and send a check by mail. All products will ship within two weeks after payment has been approved/received (sooner if you notify us and we agree). We ship most products via UPS ground unless you request a speedier delivery. True shipping charges will determined and adjusted at time of shipment. Prices and specifications on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Freight/shipping charges will be added to all orders. Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Returned Checks
Darnigold Forest charges a $20.00 fee for any and all returned checks. Any fees, legal or non-legal, occurred in the collection process will be charged to the party responsible. This policy also extends to credit card fraud..
Refunds, Returns, and Prices
Darnigold forest must give approval for returns of merchandise. Returnable merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. Please speak to one of our customer Service Representatives prior to making any return. Custom Embroidered items are not refundable unless defective. Call or write for authoriztion within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned.
Return the carton by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS. All returns subject to inspection before credit is given. Non-personalized items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations and changes of an order must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Darnigold Forest shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Darnigold Forest shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Darnigold Forest will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from DarnigoldForest.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Washing Instructions
Each item will be labelled with the proper washing instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the garment or item. Darnigold Forest is not liable for any damages due to improper laundering of items. Do not bleach embroidered apparel; avoid heat drying of mercerized fabrics.
Service/Therapy/Support Animal Items
Darnigold Forest, LLC and it's product line, Pup'parel is not a Service Dog training or certification organization. Service Animal/Therapy Animal/Support Animal equipment and accessories are made available as a service to the community. Darnigold Forest, LLC is not responsible for the illegitimate use or application of these items. By purchasing these items, the purchaser asserts that he/she is over 21 years of age, and that the purchase is for a bona fide service animal.
