Pup'parel is not a certification agency, nor does purchasing a patch or other service animal related product from Pup'parel make your pet a service animal. In most states, it is illegal to represent a pet as a service animal. It is also illegal in most states to misrepresent the service that an service animal provides. Please respect the law when purchasing our products.
Please note: Because these are so lightweight and small, we will send these to you via US First Class Parcel Service from USPS if you are not ordering any other garments or accessories. Unfortunately, our shopping cart software does not allow for multiple shipping methods, so for most patches, the shipping cost charged to you will be $2.00 US. If you are ordering multiple patches, we will combine them into one package to minimize your cost of shipping.
